“I don’t have a chance to breathe.”
“I can’t do this” (but I will anyway because I have no other choice)

THAT used to be my cycle
I was constantly finding myself in a FRENZY.
or sometimes it was more like a pit of doom 😣…
I asked the googles about the definition of this word- Frenzied– it said
...emotional agitation… often disorderly, compulsive or agitated activity
I was doing lots of things that should have been productive,
but somehow, I wasn’t,
I was working. so. hard. but not accomplishing much and I WAS EXHAUSTED.
That’s not me anymore though.
I love my work. I’m always way ahead on my paperwork.
I’m NOT counting down the days until…(break, retirement, summer).
August isn’t one big month of dread
I’ve created a thriving career and business.
I cherish being a wife and momma.
…and nothing changed. (I have the same job, house, car, even husband…)
Except for my mind
Don’t settle
